Use of Service
EchoDream provides dream journaling, reflection, sleep tracking, and related wellness features for personal use. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions
EchoDream offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features, such as extended history, enhanced insights, and additional dream tools. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
Health and Wellness Disclaimer
EchoDream is intended for personal journaling, reflection, and general wellness purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional healthcare advice.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the dream entries, notes, images, and other content you create in EchoDream. EchoDream does not claim ownership of your personal journal content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its services, access data that does not belong to you, or use EchoDream for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Privacy
Your use of EchoDream is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
EchoDream is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EchoDream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of EchoDream after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
